Grape: 100% Chardonnay. Fermented in stainless steel and matured on lees for approximately 4 months before fining and bottling. 30% matured in oak

Golden straw colour. Aromas of peaches and stone fruits. A generous savoury palate with vibrant acidity. Notes of ripe nectarine, citrus and melon. Clean, crisp and delicate.

Food Match: Serve slightly chilled on a warm summer’s day. This fresh and vibrant Chardonnay will complement fresh salads, seafood and rich pasta dishes.
