Nordés is produced slowly and with great care. A careful
selection of the best neutral alcohols, together with the use
of white Albariño Galician grapes, are the indispensable
base of our gin, giving Nordés its unmistakable fresh and
soft character. The distilling process is enhanced with the
maceration of 11 botanical elements.
Among them, the presence of 6 native Galician herbs -such
as sage, lemon verbena, laurel, peppermint, eucalyptus and
a sea plant, the glasswort- which give the product its uniquely fresh
